What happens if I grow past 10 students?+
You can keep growing on Starter: each active student above 10 adds SGD 2 per month. Added staff accounts are SGD 9 per month.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. RealmsGate runs in the browser. You log in at app.realmsgate.ai from a laptop, tablet, or phone.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Starter is free for 21 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, your account continues on the Free plan with up to 3 students.
How do I cancel?+
Cancel during the 21-day trial to keep your account on the Free plan with up to 3 students. You can manage your plan from account settings.
