Terms of Service

1. Parties & Definitions

"RealmsGate" / "we" — OLJ Media Pte. Ltd., Singapore. Platforms: realmsgate.ai and app.realmsgate.ai.

"Organization" — The education business subscribed to the platform.

"User" — Any individual accessing the platform: administrators, instructors, learners, parents.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Platform you confirm you are 18+ (or a supervised minor), have authority to bind your Organization, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Description of Service

RealmsGate provides education organizations with: learning management, learner administration, scheduling, assessments, billing and invoicing, CRM, content management, parent portal, registration forms, and AI-assisted features. We may modify features with reasonable notice.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain credential security, notify us of unauthorized access, and take responsibility for all account activity. Credential sharing between users is not permitted.

5. Subscription & Payment

Plans & Billing

Plans and pricing at /pricing. Fees in SGD unless specified. Subscriptions renew automatically.

Payment Processing

Payments processed by Stripe and/or HitPay. We do not store card numbers — all card data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors.

Late Payment

Access may be suspended if payment is outstanding for more than 14 days.

Taxes

Fees exclude GST and other applicable taxes under Singapore law.

Refunds

Governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Platform to violate Singapore law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data without authorization, or reverse-engineer the Platform. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP

The RealmsGate platform is the exclusive IP of OLJ Media Pte. Ltd. You receive a limited, non-transferable license during your active subscription. No ownership is transferred.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of content you upload. You grant RealmsGate a limited license to host it solely to operate the Platform.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. We process data in compliance with Singapore's PDPA.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with HitPay, Stripe, Google, and Cloudflare. Their terms govern your use of those services. RealmsGate is not responsible for third-party availability.

11. Termination

By you: Cancel anytime from account settings. Access continues until end of paid period. See Refund Policy.

By us: We may suspend accounts for Terms breaches, unpaid fees beyond 14 days, or suspected fraud. You may request a data export within 30 days of cancellation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

13. Changes

Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
