What you actually get out of it.

RealmsGate isn't another tool to add to the pile. It replaces the pile. Here's what changes the week you switch.

One system, not five

Courses, students, billing, and follow-ups share one login. No re-typing the same name into three different places.

Replaces: spreadsheets + chat groups + separate billing

Hours of admin back

Enrolment, invoicing, and reminders run on their own instead of eating your team's week.

Fewer manual tasks, every single week

Parents stay in the loop

Progress reaches parents automatically, so there are no surprise report cards and no staff chasing updates by hand.

Fewer "how is my child doing?" messages

Your content stays yours

An Encrypted IP Vault and role-based access keep your material safe across every branch and franchisee.

Franchisees never see your source material

What is an LMS?

A Learning Management System (LMS) is a platform that allows you to deliver structured learning, manage students, and track their progress. It's where your learners access courses, complete lessons, and where you gain full visibility on their performance.

Most businesses today still manage learning and customer data separately, and that's where things start to get messy. You have one platform for courses, another for tracking customers, and everything in between becomes manual.

Our LMS Changes That.

Built directly into your CRM, the Learning Management System connects learning activity with real business actions, so you're not just delivering content, you're improving retention, engagement, and revenue.

At the same time, the system also incorporates a built-in CMS to securely store and organize your learning content and intellectual property.

Designed for Your Industry.

LMS for Tuition Centres

Track student progress, identify weak areas, and follow up with parents without doing everything manually.

LMS for Multi-Branch & Franchises

Standardize learning across multiple outlets while keeping control at the top with a single source of truth.

LMS for Training Organisations

Monitor employee performance and make sure training actually delivers results that impact your KPIs.

Content Control & IP Protection.

Beyond learning delivery, our LMS includes a content management layer designed to protect and organise your material in one place. All materials are stored with tagging by topic, level, and difficulty.

Content is not openly accessible. It is securely delivered based on specific requests, ensuring that your materials cannot be freely accessed or copied without control.

A glimpse inside the platform.

One Dashboard for the Whole Operation

Gain visibility into your entire operation. Monitor active students, course completion rates, and CRM tasks in one interface.

Streamlined Class Management

Easily create classes and generate recurring session schedules in a few clicks. Manage instructors, allocate rooms, and oversee learner enrollments from one organized interface.

Individual Learner Insights

Deep-dive into student performance. Identify exactly where learners are struggling and trigger intervention workflows.

Actions that trigger results.

Because it is connected to your CRM and backed by a structured content system, every learning action becomes something you can actually use.

RETENTION

"A Student has not logged in for 7 days, trigger a follow up."

INTERVENTION

"Someone is struggling with a topic, step in early."

CONVERSION

"A course is completed, move them into the next offer."

Here's what it actually catches.

"AI" on its own means nothing. So here's a real chain the system runs on its own. No one has to go digging through data to spot it.

01  Student B is struggling with Algebraic Logic.

02  The system flags the gap.

03  Remedial Module 02 is auto-assigned.

04  The parent gets a progress note, not a surprise report card.

Parents already prefer a digital platform.

Parents don't want to chase updates in a chat group or wait until the end of term to find out how their child is doing. Here is what changes for them once your centre runs on RealmsGate.

Was

Message the centre on WhatsApp and wait until an admin has time to reply.

Now

Open the Parent Portal and see progress, attendance, and results straight away.

Was

Find out their child has been struggling only when the report card arrives.

Now

Get a progress note the moment a gap shows up, while there is still time to act.

Was

Paper invoices in the school bag, and no clear record of what was paid.

Now

Invoices and payment history sit in the portal, on their phone, any time.

RealmsGate vs. the usual setup.

Most centres don't lose to another platform. They lose time to a pile of disconnected tools. Here's the difference, line by line.

Why now, and not next year.

01

Parents now expect digital

Weekly digital progress updates are becoming the norm. WhatsApp screenshots and end-of-term report cards feel dated to today's parents.

02

Your competitors are automating

Centres still juggling spreadsheets and separate tools lose hours, and visibility, to the ones that moved to a single system first.

"The centres that move now set the standard everyone else has to catch up to."

Why the timing matters

Questions, answered.

What is RealmsGate?
RealmsGate is a Learning Management System (LMS) with a built-in CRM and CMS, all in one platform to deliver courses, manage student records, and follow up with parents. It's built by OLJ Media Pte. Ltd. for education businesses in Singapore.
Who is RealmsGate for?
Tuition and enrichment centres, training organisations, and multi-branch or franchise operators that want to run their teaching and the business behind it in one system, instead of stitching together separate tools for courses, customers, and content.
What is an LMS, and why do Singapore tuition centres need one?
A Learning Management System (LMS) is the software a centre uses to deliver lessons, track student progress, and manage assessments in one place. In Singapore, most centres run on a mix of spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and shared Drive folders. That works until you add a second branch or a busy exam period. An LMS keeps course material, student records, and parent updates in one system, so nothing depends on someone remembering to update a file.
What should I look for in an LMS in Singapore?
Four things worth checking: (1) whether it handles the business side (enrolment, invoicing, follow-ups) or only lesson delivery; (2) whether student data is handled in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), which is enforced by the PDPC; (3) whether your course material is protected if you run multiple branches or franchisees; and (4) whether parents get progress updates without your staff writing them by hand. RealmsGate is built around all four.
Can RealmsGate handle multiple branches or franchisees?
Yes. Role-based access control means each branch or franchisee sees only their own students and their own content. Your master course material stays in an Encrypted IP Vault and is never exposed to them. Owners keep a single view across every outlet.
Does RealmsGate work for local syllabus levels like PSLE, O-Level and A-Level?
Yes. RealmsGate is subject- and level-agnostic: you structure your own courses, topics, and question banks, so it works across the MOE syllabus levels, whether you teach primary PSLE prep, Secondary O-Level, JC A-Level, or adult and corporate training. Nothing is locked to a fixed curriculum.
How is my content and student data protected?
Your course materials sit in an Encrypted IP Vault with role-based access control, so franchisees see their own content but never your source material. Student data is handled in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Does RealmsGate use AI?
AI is an optional add-on. It flags when a learner falls behind. For example, it spots a gap in Algebraic Logic, auto-assigning a remedial module, and sending the parent a progress note instead of a surprise report card. RealmsGate's AI features are shaped by founder Jordan Ong, who holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from NTU and a BSc from NUS.
